can i pay by debit card to feature my hourlie?

I want to feature my hourlie but i can only pay by debit caed , so please let me know how to pay with debit card because i didn't see devit card payment method on payment page

  Hi Varun,

  You can pay by debit card. Here is how you pay to feature your Hourlie:

  Go to the Hourlies section of your 'My Seller activity' page http://www.peopleperhour.com/hourlie/manage.

  Hover over the Hourlie you wish to feature and click the green 'Feature it' button. You will be prompted to pay to feature your Hourlie and can use money from your PPH wallet, credit or debit card, or PayPal. Follow the on screen instructions for payment by credit card.

  I can't use my PPH wallet when I tried to feature my Hourlie. What should I do now?

  I am unable to send Proposal for job but the send pop up with

  "YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT DEBIT AMOUNT OF 8.50$".

  PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD ANS I CAN NOT AFFORD RIGHT

  NOW PLEASE DEDUCT AMOUNT FROM MY EARNED AMOUNT LATE

  BUT ABLE MY ACCOUNT TO APPLY FOR MORE PROPOSALS.
