Ability to let buyer know that your proposal still applies once they have changed the job

Several times the buyer has changed a job after I have sent my proposal and once I have reviewed the changes I am happy to continue with my original proposal but there is no way to let the buyer know this. Please can you add a feature or something to allow this. At the moment I can't even send a message to let them know as you can't send a message until they accept or reject the proposal
