How do I send a worker a specific proposal?

I want to hire the same worker for another project and to which he agreed. But this next project is not part of the worker's offered services. How do I send a specific proposal for this situation?

  You can ask the seller to send you a new proposal within the same workstream you have been working through. This will allow him to continue working with you, but on another project.
