Incomplete Work

Hello,
I hired a person in PPH for my requirement, he was supposed to complete the work by Friday 5PM IST. But on Thursday he requested to extend another day and promise to deliver it by 5PM IST Saturday. I took permission from the client and asked the developer to make sure to complete it on time. But ha failed to do even now, and says that he completed his work.
I just wan to hire another person for this job from PPH, So I requested the refund for that developer and I want to use that money to other PPH projects.. so please let me know the procedure and where can I find this credit information on my dashboard.

  Hi Satish,

  Did you send him a refund request? If so, you will need to wait for the seller to accept the request before you receive the refund.
