why is this company taking my money for just having an account?

I have had £64 deducted from my account over the past 6 months for "looking after my money".... I only had £75 in there beginning 2015. From July 2015 I was debited £8.04 per month. I did not get any notification about this. Could someone send me the relevant documentation that this is legal?

  I do not seem to be able to get hold of anyone from peopleperhour about this. The website makes it very difficult to actually get contact info.
