How to get application accepted?

Hi,
I've tried multiple times getting my application accepted and it gets rejected without a detailed explanation so I'm lost and don't know what is wrong with it. Can you please help>

  I've resubmitted my application three times and it is still not correct. When I go to my account on Peopleperhour it says "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour." What do I do? Please help. Thank you!

  I got my application rejected twice and once it was accepted but I am still receiving the message that my application has been rejected.What to do ??I want to get accepted.
