Unable to send the proposal

Every time I write my proposal and click send i get a message saying
An error has occurred while trying to contact the server. If the problem continues, please contact our awesome support team.
Kindly guide me through this problem

  hi i can't send the proposel in project and thats showing " Seller Application is not approved" so how can i approve the seller application even i have put all the information in the site so please give me advise so that i can start the work in this site ?
  and also please let me know from where i can get the seller application approve..

  I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

  Please provide me with a screen shot of the error message you are getting.

  Please note that if you have already submitted a proposal inside a workstream, until the proposal is accepted or the buyer has replied with a message, you will not be able to send another proposal or a message.

  UNABLE TO SEND THE PROPOSAL

  I also have 15 credits butt still send button is not working.

  Anybody can help me.
