I would like to know how to finalize my account verification as I do not pay utility bills and do not have a credit so no billable statement. I'd like to have my account fully verified

  I have just had a look at your account and I can see that you received the following answer from our support team via email:

  Thank you for your message.

  You can provide the documents which were under your parents name but make sure that the last name on the document matches with your last name on the profile.

  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
