Withdrawal nightmare

So my earnings are stuck even after initiating withdrawal to my skrill account. No valid excuses as I have uploaded the documents required. CS appears lost for an excuse why they are holding onto the cash. Oh bother!
This is as long as it takes! PPH can do better, really. DEMORALIZED.

  Thank you for your message.

  I am afraid that the document you sent cannot be accepted as proof of address.

  As the cut off time for withdrawals has already passed, and your withdrawal will not be processed until Monday, I suggest that you take this time and try to obtain a document that can be used, one that would be accepted if you wanted to open e.g. a bank account, they also need proof of address and I am afraid that what you have provided so far would not be accepted.

  I did send the required document early yesterday. However there's been no acknowledgement of the same from CS as I previously encountered a hitch uploading on your site. Any hope of knowing the progress?
