I was trying to sent a message to a buyer and I got this error message "ErrorAn error has occurred while trying to contact the server. If the problem continues, please contact our awesome support team."

  Yes I am having this same issue again and again... I have sent many proposal to clients. I want maintain the conversation going so I am trying to add a message. But whenever I press send button. I am getting this error. I have tried it almost 100 times and getting the same result. I am really sick of your website functionality. It's really messing up my strategy to get work..

  Hi Jinu,
  Every time you send a proposal, it needs to be accepted by the buyer or the buyer provide an answer back to you in order to be able to talk to him.

  Then the message should be like that you said. The error message is very annoying. You must know that. I am ok with what you said. But if you are looking for some more user friendly pph site. You should tell what's happening more clearly. This shit was annoying me for 6days now. I was thinking it will be fixed by support all the time.

  Either you change the error message or just disable the messaging area untill the buyer reply. If either can't be done, just just put a message or tooltip. It will help lots of newbies in pph.

  Just a suggestion. Do it if you can. Bye
