Unable to withdraw amount from PPH

Hi,

I can see the amount in my PPH balance, but unable to withdraw it to my PayPal account. I am submitted request multiple times and have also raised ticket with them, but still its has not been entertained.
Don't know how to withdraw money from it.

  We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. Hence your withdrawal request has not been processed. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account and process your withdrawal request.
