    Thank you for your message.

    You will need to request a refund from your seller.

    To request a refund, once logged in to your account, go to the workstream your are referring to and when you scroll all the way down to the bottom, on the top of the text box, you will find a link to "Request Refund" and specify the reason for the refund.

    If the seller approves the refund request the funds are transferred to your wallet shortly.

    If the Seller does not respond to a Refund Request within three (3) working days (a “non-actioned” Refund Request) then PPH may release the funds automatically back to you.

    Hi Kelly,

    Actually initially freelancer agreed to work for $50 I explained him everything but later said that he will take $300 for the same job. That's why it didn't worked out and I want my refund. Hoping for your co-operation.

    Hi, what if the developer always promising to do the job and not deliver on time , can the buyer get refund back from escrow without the sellers approval?
