    Thank you for your message.

    Sorry to hear about this. I can see the invoice was approved from the buyer on yesterday, so as you know we always request the users to allow us 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) to process the invoice from the time the buyer has approved the invoice.

    Please rest assured, your funds are safe and we will process your invoice as soon as possible.

    Still no news :) typical, I had this experience last year took 20 days :(..

    Also customer says they paid by credit card 3 days ago.. Well I am not accepting any good on this really, its not first and last I m sure.. I dont really trust the CERT judging too, my respond time is instantly but it says a few hours... I dont think system works properly.. Need better solution or get rid off it, simple.. Less is more!!
