My applocation is not accepted three times why?

I have submit my application three time and all the times they didn't accept my application please help me to submit my application.

  Hi Dcube , please make sure that you completed your profile in full and uploaded all required documents. Once you have done this PPH will either approve your application or ask you to make changes. Have you proceeded with this? The applications are screened within 3 business days and sellers that get their application approved can start sending Proposals to Jobs and posting Hourlies.

  I have the same problem. I had some indications about my profile picture and the description of my job, I corrected them and still it is not accepted.

  I've had a flat out rejection email sent to me.  I have tried several times to change my picture but Peopleperhour have not given a reason why I am rejected.  I have today received another rejection.  

   

  Perhaps you could explain what exactly is required as I can see other people don't even have a picture at all but a generic smiley face !
