Customer support advisor asking personal info
Hi all. Recently made a withdrawal request and customer support advisor has come back and said they would like the followig info to process the payment.
Beneficiary's full name, permanent resident address including country, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and occupation.
This seems suspicious that they are asking for such detailed information. I am worried that it may be a spam. Can anyone confirm it's normal for them to ask this question?

I also made withdraw last week, and i was told the same....This is getting serious...I provided mine but they are not even responding any more....i felt they want to take my hard earned money...Because i also browse the internet to read some of their reviews...and to my surprise, they really have bad comments from people that tried to withdraw cash and PPH even close their account...I don't want to believe all the comments from the people but right now it is getting real since they are not responding back...

Hello Oluwaseun,
Thank you for your message.
Sorry for that and thank you for attaching the documents as requested. I have informed my payments team and they will verify them soon.
Your withdrawal request has been cancelled as your account was not verified from us and we refunded the amount back to your account, they're now available in your PPH wallet. You can place withdrawal request again after your account was successfully verified from us.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
