How do I hire multiple freelancers for one post

I am having a logo design done and would like to choose 2 or 3 parties to work on it....paying each via PPH for their work and then deciding which is best from there?

  Hi Andy,
  When you click to accept the first proposal for a job, on the page where you select payment method, there are options at the bottom of the page that are preselected and will decline all other pending proposals, and change the status of the job to "CLOSED FOR PROPOSALS" so you don't receive any more. If you want to continue receiving proposals and open new workstreams with other freelancers, then you should uncheck these options.
