Hi my application was rejected after I completed the changes that were asked of me?

Is there a reason for this?

  I also have made the changes to my portfolio as suggested and yet I still can't resubmit my application, is there a reason why?

  I am Kamlesh and My application is rejected for the third time. My information and details are correct  I resubmit but still rejected.

  I have submit many time my application but every time his answer for reject my profile.
