    Hi Michael ,
    Thank you very much for mentioning it. I will definitely ​pass it on to the product team so as to take care of it accordingly.
    However, please make sure that your file name includes letters or numbers. Also, here you will find all allowed file types that you can upload to PPH.

    This is happening to me all the time - cannot attach anything. First time on this site, first task and then this. Not a good start!

    Same problem. The Seller is attaching GIF's which I can't read. If I copy the link and paste it into a browser I get:

    It looks like I'm not the only one having trouble sending attachments. The file I'm trying to send is an ordinary word file. I have sent this type of file lots of times without any problem until now, therefore I suspect that there is something wrong at your end. 

    I'm trying to send an attachment with this job: 

    #1394542 Looking for a Ghost writer.

    Perhaps you might be able to warn the client that the problem is not with me, but with the system.
