Fix the attachments, please!
I've already contacted support several times about this, but all too often when I attach a file I end up looking like an idiot because it does not attach. I get this error when clicking on the attachment:
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>74F8859FEEF010A6</RequestId>
<HostId>
6HZ3oKzBmJrYaI0MX7vUIt0f+aGIQrBViDfprhke5HSZNb9dFl2OrvHQQmxzlE6YoqWTIUVwzv0=
</HostId>
</Error>
Sending 3 - 4 messages apologizing for the error is getting ridiculous. I know, dropbox, goolge drive links. The links are plain text, not click-able, and many people distrust links so I end up sending more messages until one works.

Hi Michael ,
Thank you very much for mentioning it. I will definitely pass it on to the product team so as to take care of it accordingly.
However, please make sure that your file name includes letters or numbers. Also, here you will find all allowed file types that you can upload to PPH.

Hope it helps.
Many Thanks,

Same problem. The Seller is attaching GIF's which I can't read. If I copy the link and paste it into a browser I get:
<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>137B603FD3FBBE16</RequestId><HostId>p1dqjl2mJuTGI4iN+95+da822ttAXs4u4N0YmAeKZ0kpdkgEMl8EjCRbyayJqmE2xSI8ydJ2gno=</HostId></Error> -
It looks like I'm not the only one having trouble sending attachments. The file I'm trying to send is an ordinary word file. I have sent this type of file lots of times without any problem until now, therefore I suspect that there is something wrong at your end.
I'm trying to send an attachment with this job:
#1394542 Looking for a Ghost writer.
Perhaps you might be able to warn the client that the problem is not with me, but with the system.
Regards
Carl Daniels
