Website work not done or substandard
Can someone advise me on this please.
I am experiencing problems with my seller despite many detailed instructions sent to him. The bulk of the work in the original brief has not been done, the work done is substandard - this is my first time employing someone on PPH and I am disappointed because I went through all applicants very carefully, studying their reviews and quality of their work. I am not sure my seller can do the work frankly, and have sent the latest explanation of what needs to be done just now and just rejected his invoice to me. To be honest, this is holding me up and he has gone through the agreed date when it should have been completed by (last night 25/4/16). I am spending a lot of time reviewing work and giving detailed instructions again.
I am at the point of cancelling the job as I have lost faith that he can do it and absolutely want to follow the sites guidelines. How many times do I have to explain what is needed before I can request a refund - the funds are currently held in Escrow?
Your advice would be welcome!

Have you allowed the seller to make at least two revisions? If so, I advise that you request a refund.

When I clicked Accept I sent a very detailed email explaining the work point by point and sent image files via gmail but I have sent revisions and detailed instructions since then through the Work Stream and he has gone through the deadline without even touching the main body of the work - all of which was uploaded by myself and is now sitting there waiting to get done. He hasn't responded to me rejecting his invoice and another very detailed point by point email today - me giving an update to him saying the work was done when it wasn't. I think I have no alternative but to request a refund - this has cost me a lot of time and effort. Very little back in return... Not a great experience with PPH so far I'm afraid. -
I posted a web-site header graphic fix. I had a response within in seconds. The freelancer was very slow with communication n at times not at all. I threatened to request a refund n then he said it was fixed. Its worse now then before. How can I get a refund. I will re-post for another freelancer to fix my problem. Pics are his fixes not acceptable!
