Proposal credits

How can I determine, when my proposal credits will be refilled? I have used up all the 15 credits I had and want to purchase a few but would like to know when my account will be refilled by 15 credits as it would help me to purchase add on credits accordingly. Please advise

  Hi Regina,
  The answer isn't that accurate. For example, when he says the the credit will be refilled at the beginning of the month, does he intend to say that it would be refilled on the first of every month or at the beginning of the monthly cycle depending on when I have created the account. Please can you help?

  You have to buy credits.

  hi, I tried to refill my proposal credit by own Visa credit card but couldn't the success. So, may I get help from you? Thanks, Jeneva

  When I try to buy credit more then there is not mentioned in the membership plan that how many credits I will get after purchasing the credits in  5 GBP or more
