Not getting withdrawl money

I've withdrawed $168.99 in 25 April at 14:30:26.
But, still my money isn't transferred to my Skrill account.

  Im having the same problem with my PayPal! I submitted a request a few days ago too and no response.

  ve withdrawed $168.99 in 25 Apr 2016 at 14:30:26 and €10.10 at 14:30:55 in the same day to my Skrill account. €10.10 has come to my account but $168.99 transaction is showing pending for almost three days with a notification that it'll be processed to my account within 1 working day. Thank you for your quick reply. I've already posted a color photo after getting notified that my previous white & black photo is rejected. Can you please help me to get the withdrawl money?
