Availability - What day is it?

Hi there,
might sound like a stupid question - my availability is set as a couple of days a week that are unavailable.
Now for me it is now the day after one of these and it does not allow me to change my setting.

So I am wondering - what time frame this is set to? ie if it is Thursday here in Australia it is still Wednesday in Europe and so on.
