How long does it take for an auto pay invoice to be approved after the billing period has passed?

  It is 7 days for an Hourlie and 14 days for a job.

  Fourteen days? Can the invoice be cancelled and a manual one be prepared instead?

  Hi Cecile,

  You can cancel auto pay and submit a manual invoice instead, however it will take around the same length of time.
