Withdrawal from your PPH Account (Pending)

It is pending from 29th April and it is showing that it will be done in 1 working day from last 3 days.
So when it will actually be credited ?
Or are you enjoying with interests for keeping fund in your account ?
You already have taken 15% service charge.

  Thank you for your message.

  Sorry about that. Our payments team were not available because of continuous holidays like weekends, bank holidays and Easter in Greece (on Monday and Tuesday) and due to which we had high amount of pending requests. I would request you to please be patient we will process the payment as soon as possible.
