PPH website not displaying correctly in Firefox 46.0

Some of the graphic symbols, such as those at the top right of the screen (Favourites, Workstreams & Notifications) do not display correctly. I use Win 7 Ultimate and Firefox 46.0 on an Asus laptop running the Intel HD Graphics 4000 card.

In IE 11 (both 64 bit and 32 bit) the graphic symbols do not display at all, although hovering the mouse over that area provides the url link.

Please advise because this is very annoying.
