Dont recognize sri lankan postal codes

Last week i wanted to make a new account on people per hour under this e mail address , then while i am making it it is asking my location , I am from sri lanka , and my home town is matara , and our postal code is 81100 , every time i give this correct details your system says it is incorrect but it is the correct on even our main city Colombo also cant enter , your system says it is incorrect

I didn't have any way to ask for help then i made it as London then what happen you have asked me to correct it , but how can i correct , your system says it is incorrect , i didn't have any choice , then i changed my phone number also as a British number , then you have declined my application

don't you think this is so unfair
