    Hello,

     

    How can I make a new ticket?..


    It's so frustrating, these things have been changed constantly

    and the most obvious place (in your support profile or

    when you click on 'Support') does not give an option to create

    a ticket (just to search, which even after not finding what you need, does not offer an option to create a ticket)!

    The help file is completely wrong and outdated too and claims

    it does give an option to create a ticket after searching, but the page

    does not show that at all, nor does it even look like the screenshots:

    Please advice (and change this, so we won't

    have to jump through hoops for a simple task like this)...

    Robert, in this same page click on the orange/white cloud in the bottom right corner, you will be able to make a new ticket.

    Mohammed, thanks, that works!

    Annoying that it's removed on all the obvious places

    you'd expect it and still has the incorrect instructions

    in the support files.


    You'd think when you click on 'customer support' you'll

    be able to actually contact customer support there..

    Yes it's a bit hidden, from dashboard down page > support > next page down click on "need more help? contact us"

    or from you profile menu tab > customer support > down the page click on "need more help? contact us"
