No option to withdraw money in account (as buyer)

I have money in my account ( my buyer escrow) but cannot find a withdraw money option.

Can anybody help please?

  click on the corresponding currency , you will see to buttons one to upload and the other to withdraw funds to : Paypal, Skrill bank account or Payoneer

  it is in my buyer account and the options are not there, i have money there that i want withdraw into my bank but its just stuck there.
