threats from seller
I have asked a seller for a refund, as I did not receive the final project before agreed deadline. The performed work that was provided was with mistakes and I did not get confirmation that he understood the desired corrections. I tried to contact him on skype and even by phone without response. So I booked someone else to handle the job and this is now back on track.
I have now received messages on skype with VERY offensive language, where the seller threats to mess my website etc.
My question is: is it possible to track such seller or in other way to warn other buyers against him and his company?

I am replying to this comment to let you know I have already started an FBI Investigation against one of you alls employees aka 'Sputn1k' for stealing my personal information and holding it against my will while also destroying my personal files, factory resetting my device by Hacking it, etc. Threatened me continually about not giving me access to my Own Google account until I paid him for services he Never completed. Changed my password, factory reset my phone, etc.
He is now threatening me Again on your site for which i have photos of Everything and have turned them over to my lawyer.
I will be filing a lawsuit against you all for destruction and misuse of personal property and information leaks from your company if he does Anything else with my personal information again. You all allowing this behavior is unethical and he should Not still have a job with PPH.
