Escrow amount withdrawal.
Can i get escrow amount immediately? because the client is not paying me, he is saying that if you raise invoice i will pay but will give very bad feedback in your account, as i have completed his work also and given all the files related to that.

I'm sorry to hear that. We recommend that freelancers only submit files upon completion and with an invoice.
There is no way round it unfortunately. The only way to receive escrow funds is by submitting an invoice. If the invoice is rejected, you can raise a dispute and PPH will support you both through this process, gathering necessary information to make an informed decision on the next steps.
The only advice I can give at this stage is to see if you can work it out with the client in some way. Maybe find out exactly why they are unhappy and see if you can make it right, or offer a discount to see if that helps.
