Payment
Hi I made a request for a withdrawal on 29th Feb (today is the 4th) and it still hasn't gone through - when I chased up I was told that it was because my account hadn't been verified properly - even though I received an email from PPH to say everything was in order and nothing to the contrary re verification.
As my bank used for this account has a statement which has reference to another account on it (sort code and account number) within the transactions as I transfer in from other accounts - I don't particuarly want that info going out to strangers so I changed my payment method back to my paypal account.
Yesterday I have been told by a member of the customer service team that the Payment Department will be in touch but they haven't contacted me yet - so I don't know if they have eveything they need now or if there's a reason they can't make the transaction.
There doesn't appear to be an email or any sort of contact info that you can speak to someone in the team without going through the forum first.
Last time i posted a question as to why may account kept defaulting from GBP to Dollars it took over a month for someone to answer me (after a couple of angry emails) - even then the question wasn't really answered - but i was told it wasn't seen as a priority -even though it stopped me putting in proposals - because I didn't know what I was bidding!
I don't want to have to wait a month for a payment to be made but I do want to know if there is anything i can do to speed the process up - but can't get hold of anyone to speak to me and tell me what's happening.
Can anyone help??? - I just want a contact person in the payments department to email me and tell me what's happening.
