Requesting a refund from a blocked stream

I need to request a refund of a deposit into the escrow account - but it's from a blocked stream where there is no 'request refund' button. The seller and I both agree to the refund (the work wasn't started because it didnt fit her timeframe) All our discussion is on another stream (we started another stream to discuss the work, which shows that we are in agreement. How can I get this done?

  I will like my money back because it's say the stream is blocked and I don't have time to keep testing it, I need my work done urgently

  Same issue with my account . Its childish system... You should have button for cancellation. Wasted my whole day.
