Witdrawal issue

Hi,

I my withdrawal request was made more than a WEEK ago and it's still pending!
The support service is very poor, I'd say unacceptable. I've been wating for 2 days and no responce?

I'm done with this freelance network if my issue is not resolved today. Really, the worst service I've ever experienced.
