3-week Issue with Lost Payment & PPH Support Staff
Have any other freelancers accidentally hit the "Deposit" instead of the "Withdrawal" button, and had the PeoplePerHour 'support' suddenly refuse to email you back? I've sent screenshots, I've sent emails, and I've started to reach out to business entities to see why no one is contacting me. I must agree - this is by far worse customer service support than any other freelance platform I've dealt with. All I want to know is....where did my $340 in earnings go, the moon?
