How to invite certain freelancers to the job without making a job post public?

  on the new job post page bottom you find :

  • Show advanced options (location, visibility, duration, interview questions)

  click you will find two options :
  Visibility of Job post
  Public
  Private

  I found the problem. The visibility option is not available when the project is already posted I guess. Or when offers were made on the project...
