Funds are still not transferred to my account after withdrawing from pph wallet

I have added a request to withdraw funds from pph wallet to my payoneer account but its still not transferred, I have received a notification after submitting the request that the funds will be transferred within 48 hours, I received this notification on 3/11/2016
