Refund problems
I requested a refund from my seller and 22.50 successfully went back to my PPH wallet. I withrawed this 22.50 from my waller and I got an email that said it was successfully processed. However, when I checked my card no cash at all was transferred back to me. How long does it take for cash to be transferred back? (The card I used was a debit card that can be activated as a Visa credit card)

I was meant to get a refund after leaving an excess in my escrow account for a job. I didn't have to go ahead with the project anymore but paid all the necessary fees to both PPH and seller. However, in my PPH account, it shows refund has been approved but when I looked in my credit card, there's nothing there! The refund date showed 4th of May 2017 But my credit card has nothing.

I withdrew the balance of $137.50 from my wallet to go back to my paypal it's three weeks now and it's still not reflecting in my paypal, does anyone ever get their money back from you guys? Am begging to think you people are fraudulent because everyone in this forum is experiencing the same problem but when you were taking the money from our accounts there wasn't an issue. Please I need my money back after all you had taken your commission..

Try and make sure the money is not stuck somewhere in the thin air! When I requested my refund PPH, it showed it was processed but on my credit card, there was no reflection of it! However, what happened was, it was stuck somewhere during transfer. My credit card company traced it, they could see it was processed but they couldn't find the money! PPH did their own part and provided the ARN number by which the payment was made. Eventually, my credit declared it was a strange and an unfortunate occurrence which they had never seen before. They offered me a £100 compensation for all my troubles to locate my money. My advise is, speak to PPH and ask them for the prove of payment (perhaps an ARN code if applicable). I actually trust PPH now and I will try and take things easy with them in the future as sometimes some problems are not actually their fault.
