Messages are not sending
Hi,
I'm trying to send clarification messages to the clients, but there is notification of success (your message is successfully sent) But There is no message in the workstream... What should I do now,
I've changed the system and even changed the browser, But still I can't send the messages.
Is there Any solution.

Sorry about that. Our developers are doing some modifications on the site, as such you're not able to send clarification messages to the Jobs, so we would request you to please be patient it will get rectified soon from us.
