Seller Application is not approved for existed account

Hi,

I am registered on pph for a while,
I didn't use it for long time.
Now I came back, but can't send any proposal.

There is "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved" message.

So, how can I apply again to start working ?

  I have the same issue, after not using the site for a while I am also getting the error "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved" please assist Thanks

  I could not make any proposal because this problem which is '' your seller application has not been approved'', i do not know what is supposed to mean, i have not had any answer regarding this problem, could the supporter kindly send my any explanation.
