    Hi Anthony,

I have just had a look in your account and I can see this issue was resolved.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Is there anybody else from this thread that is still experiencing issues that needs some assistance? Please let me know.

I have the exact same issue and I posted a request asking PPH to explain this. Don't be surprised if you receive a reply from from PPH with another generic BS comment telling you that they are doing this for fraud protection or there is an issue and they are working on it etc etc.... I'm absolutely fed up with this crappy site and thinking to do away from it after being on here since 2013! Every day something new, every day something that puts me off even more about this site.

The funny thing is that they clearly say "These funds will shortly be deposited in your PPH Wallet. Typically this happens within hours but on very rare occasions this can take up to 3 working days."

But this is not a rare occasion as it is happening EVERY SINGLE TIME. so that's one lie from PPH.

Is also happening to me, it is something that really can not be tolerated !! PPH does not understand that the site is founded on freelancing, and if freelance abandon the platform?

To think I was alone in this! For the first time since I begun using PPH I was asked to upload verification documents. I did, but for some reason their system did not pick the last two(utility and Skrill statement) So now my payment is being held even after numerous queries to CS. I am a CERT4 and quite sincerely think PPH can do better than this. Pretty demoralized too.

I was asked to delete any payment methods I have no intention of using. Like, serously?? What the heck does that have to do with my getting paid?

Yes, I am. Your CS says I have not uploaded necessary docs. Yet I got this---->
    Identification documents
    Documents have been attached. Edit

I would like to ask why, when my first couple of payments went through in a few minutes and were in my account the following day, they now take 2.5 to 3 days to be released from escrow and another 2 days to get to my account?

This is even happening with repeat jobs from the same buyer, which went through straight away to begin with, so it can't be some sort of security thing.

I could perhaps understand it with payments not in escrow - they would take a bit longer maybe, but money sitting in PPH's account could be released much faster - as was proved when I first joined a few weeks ago. I wonder if it's just that accumulating all that interest while payments sit in escrow isn't enough and PPH want to hang it out longer to get more in?

Whatever the reason, it's grossly unfair to make people wait days for payment, who earn peanuts anyway for slogging their guts out.

    Please get this sorted PPH!

COVID happens to be the latest excuse they use for delays. Nobody else is having delays, and considering the problem has been around for a while, this should have been resolved.

Considering you already charge a whopping 20% "admin" fee, then exchange fees, then document verification fees, this is deeply offensive.

I paid £10 to have my documents quickly checked. If it takes 7 days or more to get my money, I will be asking for that fee back!

Is this a way to keep hold of customer's money longer than you should?
