    Sorry to hear about this. In that case, you can raise dispute against the rejected invoice and when you raise dispute, our dispute team will look into the matter and provide resolution on behalf of both the parties.

    The specific Stream has been blocked because Lilian C. is no longer an active member of PPH.

    open a new request and ask for money release, as work is finished and the buyer is no longer member , some new buyers confuse escrow funding with invoice payment...

    if work was completed, delivered and accepted, you should receive your money , contact PPH from the help page, ask em to check the Workstream , and move the funds to your account.

    Please let me know how to solve this issue because now invoice link is also blocked by cs and message option too.
    Please help me regarding this issue because i need my money. So, please let me know.
    I have completed the work for my client 100% and now the error is that client is blocked by cs. So, that's why my invoice is rejected again and again.
    Again i am requesting please help me in releasing my amount from escrow to my account.

    on you account tab (top right), click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT > click on Contacting Customer Support > in the bottom of the page "Submit a request"

    Why should i raise a dispute because i know and also you know that i have completed the work for my client in earlier time with their 100% satisfaction and same as this time but due to any kind of issue client is no more on PPH. Just due to that client is unable to release my invoice and you are saying me to raise a dispute for that.
    I will definitely raise dispute if my client will not release my invoice but everything is occurring due to PPH. So, please again recheck and solve the issue i am waiting for that and also i hope this time i will be satisfied by your team.
