Withdrawal account pending

Hi, I`ve made a few withdrawals to my paypal account but today when I tried to withdraw 17$ it didnt let me click my paypal account so i went to payments settings and then withdrawal accounts and saw that my paypal account said "pending" so i clicked edit and attached a Paypal account statement, Im thinking i have to wait a few days so you "check" the account is mine, Am I right? if not, please tell me what can I do.   I have same issue, I am oldest freelancer at PPH but I can't withdraw my amount, showing my Paypal account is pending?
