and after escrow the funds he has canceled the job and we rec'd our money by $24 less..So, Can u Plz help in this ?

This was nt our issue how much developer has asked we paid and after words he found it difficult and he refund the funds .

AND we rec'd the funds by shortage of $24.

Can u Plz explain?

  See the terms page about refunds, there is a 10% fee.
