my name,location and zip code not being accepted

hey there,

i have sbmit my application but i got a mail that i need to provide my real name and lacation which i did ..plus .. my zip code which 54800 .. for lahore, pakistan is also not being accepted .. what should i do ..

plus i cant upload my picture due to religious reasons .. please assist me in thisfield too ..

  Hello sir,

  My i am from Nepal and zip code of my location is 45705. But it is not accepting and shows a pop up saying "Enter a valid code or update your Profile city." Please fix my problem as soon as possible.
