Unable to withdraw amount from PPH

Hi,

I have submitted payment withdrawal multiple times, but every time its getting rejected saying Identification document not uploaded. Can you please let me know what needs to be uploaded ?As, I have already uploaded screenshot and transaction details of PayPal. What else is required. I am really getting confused.
