Hello, I am traying to send a proposal and i recived this message "For your protection, we require the Deposit for this Job to be at least £14 which is equivalent to 1 hours of work". What this means? thank you

  Many thanks for your message.

  This means that your proposal must be priced at £14 or higher. So you must propose an amount that is £14 or higher to complete the job.

  but after that it is saying that for your protection please send 30% of fixed price. and then i entering 30% of fixed price then it says you can't send 30% percent. please fill 70% or 80% price to fullfill the fair.
