How do I print a VAT invoice with the total charges and fees for a given 3 month period

This is because the invoice amounts do not match the monies going out of our bank account and so there is a discrepancy. For VAT and accounting purposes we need to show where these additional charges are being made, who buy and the amounts. So the bank statement might show £61.14 going out of our account but we only have an invoice for £60. We need documentation that shows how/when/who is billing these additional amounts.

  Wher do we find individual invoices for these amounts and the VAT applied to them. Also a VAT number would be useful so we can show where the VAT has been officially paid too
