Verifying Paypal - alternate documents

I've had my account for almost a full month. I've made several transactions but have just been told my Paypal account is now "pending". After contacting customer support, I was told to provide images of either my license or a bill in my name. No bills in my name, but I put up my license.

Still nothing. Contacted them again, and they let me know I needed to provide two other sources - a paypal statement and a bank account statement/passport.

Unfortunately, I don't have a bank account (outside of paypal) or a passport. I asked what else I could use but haven't heard back from them. Does anyone else here have any ideas?

  I'm glad to confirm that your account is now successfully verified from our payments team and with regards to your withdrawal request, it will also get processed soon from us which was placed from you on yesterday.
