Help me please, payment payoneer take long time

I m from poor country, i work hard to provide quality work
I use to work on other freelancing site.

Its my first time here and i get my first job the second day and after do it i get $43 i request a withdraw to get $36 after fee

Thr probleme is i withdraw money from my pph to my payoneer, usly it take within 2hour, sometimes immediate from other site

I really need money today to pay My child's school, its 7th please help me its really urgent ( Im a Single mother ) :(
